We will commence our summer schedule with rehearsals on June 2nd at South View Middle School.  Tenatively we will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am until noon to avoid the heat. I am looking forward to seeing you all there.

Currently the Drum Line is selling suckers to raise monies to support the line for it’s upcoming parade season. At 75 cents a piece they are a great deal so if you are in need of reinforcers for your students or have a childs birthday party coming up please contact me or any member or staff to purchase your suckers today. Get ‘em while they’re Hot.

knightFire performed in this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade in our state’s capitol. unfortunately I was in school all weekend long and was not able to make the trip however it was nice to know that things were left in capable hands.  My thanks goes out to all the parents who helped out that day including  the Kidwell’s, and the Holst’s, as well as Janine and her mother for making lunch for the troops.  i also want to recognize Line Captain Dustin Gilbert for taking control of line. A great time was had by everyone and we are certainly going to asked to return next year. Another Job Well Done.

A big Thank you to all theose members who braved the cold weather and stood outside and played while weary shoppers bought goodies from our bake sale.  We look forward to doing more of these events when our feet thaw out
